In considering your construction start date, it is important to consider that most construction phases take from two months to one year to complete, depending upon size and complexity.
A relaxed and pleasurable design phase -
can take from six weeks to six months or more to complete depending upon the size, nature, and complexity of the project, and client's decision making or communications style. At the completion of the design phase, many necessary materials take 4 to 12 weeks or more to receive from order. To get the best quality renovation that will keep you happy for years to come, it's vital to schedule enough time for the design phase before breaking ground on construction.
